Retreats & Collaborations
Sometimes growth calls for time, space, and a shared container with others. Alongside individual programs, my practice also offers retreats and collaborations in which depth, self-inquiry, and integration are central.
These programs are carefully designed, professionally guided, and always embedded within clear frameworks around safety and aftercare.

A retreat for women working in healthcare
7–9 May 2026
Caring for others requires a great deal: attention, responsibility, and emotional availability. For many women in healthcare, this becomes so natural that the connection with themselves slowly fades into the background.
This three-day retreat is an invitation to step out of that role for a while. To pause, feel, and explore what is alive within you—beyond function, title, or expectations. Not to “fix” anything, but to create space for restoration, insight, and reorientation.
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is intended for women working in healthcare who feel it is time to turn inward. You may work in mental healthcare, elder care, hospitals, primary care, social services, or disability care.
The retreat is specifically designed for women who:
• seek rest and recovery after years of caring for others
• wish to explore what psychedelic therapy may offer—for themselves and their work
• want to examine recurring (work-related) patterns in a safe setting
• want to better understand their boundaries and needs
• are open to both personal and professional growth
Experience with therapy or psychedelics is not required; willingness for self-inquiry is.
What this retreat may offer
• slowing down and nervous system restoration
• insight into recurring patterns and inner dynamics
• a deepened perspective on boundaries, capacity, and self-care
• the experience of being supported rather than carrying
• meaningful connection with other women in healthcare
The psychedelic session
At the heart of the program is a carefully guided session with truffles (psilocybin). This experience may offer access to layers of awareness that are often difficult to reach through conversation alone.
The session is embedded within thorough preparation and followed by extensive integration, working with inner parts and what they need to settle into daily life.
Setting
We stay at a quiet, natural location near Deventer. The surroundings invite stillness, embodiment, and a release from everyday context.
We work in a small group to ensure individual attention and safety.
Safety & intake
As with individual programs, a careful intake takes place beforehand. Together, we explore whether participation is appropriate, both psychologically and physically.
Contraindications—such as vulnerability to psychosis, certain medications, serious heart conditions, pregnancy, or breastfeeding—are discussed thoroughly with you.
Forms of guidance
Psychedelic consultation & integration
Preparation, a guided journey with truffles (individual or duo upon request), and two integration sessions.
Retreats & collaborations
Small-scale, carefully curated; sometimes with truffles, sometimes entirely non-psychedelic.
Duo journeys
In this shared experience, the focus is not on solving problems, but on opening space for insight, connection, and awareness—both individually and within the relationship.
