Guidance in inner growth with truffles, IFS and ACT

Make an appointment

Sometimes you feel that it is time to turn inward. To meet what truly lives within you: your truth, your pain, your strength. At Roothwize, I offer a safe, calm setting for psychedelic-assisted consultation, integration guidance, and small-scale retreats. My approach is grounded in my knowledge and experience with Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatically oriented interventions.

Psychedelic consultation & integration

Psychedelisch consult & integratie

Preparation, a guided journey with truffles (individual or duo upon request), and two integration sessions.

Retreats & collaborations

Small-scale and carefully curated; sometimes with truffles, sometimes entirely non-psychedelic.

Duo journeys

In this shared experience, the focus is not on solving problems, but on opening space for insight, connection, and awareness, both individually and within the relationship.

Begin your journey

An inner journey with consciousness-expanding substances

Before the journey, we take ample time for an in-depth intake. We reflect on your background, your intention, and the parts within you that ask for attention.

What is alive in you? What wants to be seen? What may soften?

Together, we create a supportive container in which you feel safe enough to sink into the experience. The psilocybin experience itself takes place in a quiet, natural environment, with continuous presence and attuned guidance.

There is space for whatever arises, at your pace, with respect for your inner process.
Afterwards, we devote attention to integration.

Through conversations and supportive materials, you receive tools to anchor insights into your daily life, allowing the experience to continue unfolding in a way that is sustainable and meaningful.

Frequently asked questions

Many questions may arise about my work. Below, I have listed the most common ones for you.

The journey day is devoted to slowing down, safety, and attunement. We begin by arriving together: a moment of rest, presence, and clarifying your intention. There is space for silence, music, and sensing what is alive within you in that moment.

During the psilocybin experience, I remain close and continuously present. I guide the process with care and attention, without directing it, and follow what arises from within. You do not need to achieve or understand anything; everything is welcome to unfold at your own pace.

Each journey is unique. You may experience emotions, images, memories, or deep stillness. Sometimes something old comes into view that longs to be healed; at other times, love, light, or a sense of connection emerges. Whatever arises is exactly what is meant for you in that moment. Everything is welcome, held with guidance, gentleness, and trust.

Afterwards, there is space to rest, to ground, and to gently return. The day unfolds in simplicity and presence, supported by the natural surroundings and a safe, holding container.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an approach based on the idea that every human being consists of different inner parts. Some parts protect us, while others carry pain, fear, or past experiences. In IFS, we learn to meet these parts with curiosity and compassion, from the Self: an inner state of calm, clarity, and connectedness that is present within every person.

In my work, I combine IFS with elements from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). While IFS helps us connect with what is alive within, ACT invites us to make space for these experiences and to give direction to our lives based on what truly matters to us.

Together, these approaches support the integration process: IFS helps us listen to what has revealed itself, while ACT helps translate this into everyday life — with greater flexibility, gentleness, and conscious choice.

The journey is not an endpoint, but an opening. After the experience, the integration phase begins: a period in which insights and feelings are allowed to settle and find meaning. The day after the journey, we take time for this together, in calmness and presence.

In the days and weeks that follow, the process may continue to unfold. You may feel more sensitive, more open, or at times somewhat searching. This is part of inner movement and reorganization. Integration helps to support this process and to weave it into your daily life.

Approximately two weeks after the journey, a follow-up session takes place. Together, we reflect, deepen what has revealed itself, and explore how this experience can continue to influence the way you live, feel, and make choices.

Coming home to yourself

A journey you will never forget

Psychedelics can deepen, soften, and sometimes accelerate your process. They help you connect with what truly lives within you.

In a safe setting, supported by professional guidance, blockages may become visible, old pain can be felt, and space opens for compassion, insight, and transformation. I am here for you with open attention and without judgment, supporting you in staying connected to whatever arises.

All parts are welcome. You are allowed to be exactly where you are.

This is how your journey unfolds

1. Preparation

We begin with an in-depth intake, online or at my practice. We explore your background, themes, and intention for the journey. The day before the ceremony, you arrive at the natural location, where we share a preparatory session to ground, attune, and make space for what wishes to unfold.

2. The journey day

The ceremony takes place at a beautiful, natural location. Within a safe and loving container, I guide you through the psilocybin journey. Everything is oriented toward you feeling supported and free to turn inward.

3. Integration

The day after the journey, a first integration session takes place at the same location. Approximately two weeks later, a follow-up session takes place, online or at my practice, to further deepen insights and anchor them into daily life.
